We have taken great care in presenting
the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you

unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation
of the actual merchandise.

these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that
the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when
your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details,
by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred
to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing
an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Acceptance
of your Order:
Shortly after you have placed
an order with us by pressing the ‘Add to Basket’ an email will be sent to you
acknowledging the exact details of your order.
This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Sunkissed Brides. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Sunkissed Brides will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have
cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set
out below.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a
result of one of the following: The product you ordered being out of stock - see
Product Availability; Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
The identification of a pricing or product description error;
Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Sunkissed Brides Customer
Services by: calling 01202 478396 between 10am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday returning
your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order.
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour
to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please
return the order.
Please note that your right to
return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in
our Returns Policy.
Where your order is returned
to us within 8 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by
email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order
and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
Please note that cancellations or alterations to orders marked as Wedding non-returnable
goods must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
Payment
Methods: We accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo
using only the Paypal system, or a cheque / banker's draft made out to: Michele Keffen(allow 5-10 working days for clearance and add this to the normal
delivery times).
Please note that we do not accept credit
or debit card payments via post or telephone.
Please note
that Sunkissed Brides does not accept cash or gift vouchers as payment online.
Please do not be tempted to send cash via the postal system.
It is understood that Sunkissed Brides will not be held responsible for
any losses that may occur in connection with your attempting to use this method

Pricing Policy:
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where
applicable.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at
any time. VAT free prices, are quoted for deliveries outside the EU, where applicable.
Sunkissed Brides endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the
website is available at the same price in the Christchurch store. However, from
time to time (particularly during Sunkissed Bride's Sale and promotional
periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.sunkissedbrides.co.uk online store
that do not apply in the Christchurch store.
Additionally, items
offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within the store
and individual prices may apply. Our Christchurch store may also run additional
discount promotions that are not available on the website due to stock structure.
Product
Availability / Information / Liability:
We feature products
on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an
item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity
and may not be available again.
It is understood that although
Sunkissed Brides makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the garments
/ accessories made / supplied are the correct colour and or shade if matching
is required, the company will not be held responsible for mistakes or variations
in this regard. It is important to note that materials such as silk do vary in
shading and texture from time to time as they are natural fibres. Occassionally
with man-made fibres, colours will vary slightly due to batches of fabric being
dyed separately. Being a natural fibre, silk is prone to creasing and although
the company makes every reasonable effort to reduce the amounts of creases during
delivery, it cannot be held responsible for creasing.
It is also
understood that the company cannot be held responsible for any problems with colour-fastness
of garments or parts of garments if the garments or parts of the garments are
cleaned by the client or a third party on behalf of the client. Even when a garment
has been marked as 'dry clean only' this does not guarantee that it will remain
colour-fast when dry cleaned.
Prices of products may change from
time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or
the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you
at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact
you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining
items on your order.
All items are subject to availability.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the
item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions
will only be made with your prior consent.
It is understood that
the company cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems or losses (apart
from those covered by the customer's statutory rights as a consumer) whether actual
or perceived that may arise from the wearing, purchase or non-supply of the garment
or accessory. The company will, however, make every reasonable effort to supply
the items / items on time and in good condition.
The liability
of the company will not exceed the initial invoice purchase price of the garment
or other supplied items.

Delivery Information:
We endeavour to despatch most goods within 3-7 working days
of receipt of a cleared payment unless a minimum order period has been specified,
however on rare occassions it may be necessary to allow up to 21 days for delivery
of products you have purchased on the Sunkissed Brides website.
Please
note that individual items may be dispatched separately.
Returns Policy:
We hope that you will be totally satisfied
with any purchase made with Sunkissed Brides. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 7 days
of receipt.
This is also with the exception of items that have had the swing tags removed.
If the item / goods have had the swing tag removed then we will
not accept the return of the item / goods. In the case of shoes, we will not accept
returns if there is any sign of wear on the soles / heels of the shoes.
This is due to the nature of wedding dresses, accessories and occassionwear being
required for a single event. If the swing tag has been removed or there are signs
that shoes have been worn for any length of time other than just being tried on
for fitting purposes, it will be assumed that the item / goods has / have been
worn to the event and a refund will be refused.
The goods must
be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. Where your order is
returned to us within 7working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing
or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, your original
postage and packing charge (but not your return postage costs) will also be reimbursed
in full.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied
goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, the following items may not
be returned: personalised good / goods made to a customer's specifications, pierced
earrings, lingerie/ nightwear and hosiery.

Returns Instructions
By Post:
Please package the merchandise to prevent damage,
(dresses must be sealed in plastic before parcelling to avoid water damage in
transit) enclosing a note specifying the reason that you are returning the goods
along with you name, address and telephone number and send the merchandise using
registered post or other secure and insured method of delivery, retaining the
receipt until you have received credit for your return.
Please
make sure that you ask for the goods to be insured up to the level of the original
inclusive price as Society Brides Limited will not be held responsible for any
goods that are lost by your chosen postal service.
Please
note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will
be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case
of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return
the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to
you.
